Clutch Gaming makes another coaching change amid struggles

Clutch Gaming has officially terminated its relationship with head coach Brendan “mcscrag” McGee following a period of disappointing competitive results.

This marks another coaching transition for the organization as McGee exits his leadership role after completing just one and a half competitive splits with the LCS team.

“I’m thankful for the chance to collaborate with these talented players and extend my best wishes for their future careers. This past year provided significant learning experiences that I plan to implement in future opportunities,” McGee expressed via his official Twitter account.

McGee originally joined the organization in December 2017 as head coach for Clutch Gaming Academy. His promotion to the main LCS roster occurred in October 2018 following the departure of previous coach Joo-sung “DLim” Lim.
