However, his recent performances have failed to reach those previous heights. Stints with Clutch Gaming in 2017 and more recently with Misfits have seen diminishing returns, with his impact in games becoming increasingly inconsistent against top-tier competition.

At just 19 years old, Adam “LIDER” Ilyasov has demonstrated exceptional promise as a mid lane prospect within Misfits’ developmental system. His trophy case includes three MVP awards and a European Masters championship victory this spring, accomplishments that highlight his potential to become a franchise cornerstone.

While LIDER dominated competition at the Academy level, his transition to the LEC presents new challenges. His upcoming debut against Schalke 04, who share Misfits’ 2-3 record, will provide immediate insight into his readiness for top-level professional play.

Misfits’ two victories this split came against Excel Esports and Rogue, with Excel currently holding a winless 0-5 record in summer competition. Despite continued fan support, the team’s synergy issues have become increasingly apparent when facing stronger opponents.
